8 Week Intro to Functional Fitness
Functional Fitness is all about training your body for every day life. Being able to squat down and pick something up off the ground, get that heavy suitcase into the overhead compartment with ease, pick up your kids and have the energy to keep up with them.
Whether you’re brand new to working out, a seasoned gym-goer looking for some direction, or somewhere in between, our workouts can be scaled to every ability.
Give us an hour 3 days a week and we’ll help you improve your fitness, health, and quality of life. We have multiple class times available to make it easier to fit into your schedule, and we’re keeping them small to ensure you’ll have plenty of one-on-one time with our certified personal trainer.
