Each class includes some careful instruction on basic movements, a short CrossFit workout based on those movements, and a further explanation of how we think about fitness and health.
Our free intro classes are held every Saturday at 9am.
Free intro classes are suitable for all fitness levels. We know that trying a new workout class or gym can be intimidating, so we’ve designed our intro classes to allow anyone to jump right in regardless of your current shape, background, or fitness level.
