FF-X is a separate offering at Condor. It is included in all membership packages and can be done during any hour that our CrossFit class is available. FF-X uses NO BARBELLS but it is high intensity fitness that uses bodyweight as well as medicine balls, kettle bells, rowers, bikes, sleds, and more to accomplish some fun and grueling cardio sessions. Oh, and expect some seriously challenging CORE workouts to help shed the pounds and build muscle definition at the same time! If you’re ready to say goodbye to excess body fat than say hello to FF-X!!
