What class times do you attend? 4:30pm
How did you find CrossFit Condor? A friend of mine introduced me to CrossFit.
First memorable CrossFit experience? When I was able to do a workout with RX weight. It was such a great feeling--I remember my coach and classmates celebrating and cheering me on the whole time.
What is your biggest challenge that you overcame? Allowing myself to understand some days are going to rough and there will be set backs. Some days you will have a PR other days you are far from it. I haven’t allowed these things to stop me though. I’ll still come in the gym the next day and keep pushing.
What do you love most about CrossFit? The friendships I have made and the support we give each other in and outside the gym.
What do you love most about CrossFit Condor? My coach! He knows when to push me extra and what I am capable of. He holds me accountable and wants me to reach my goals.
Favorite movement or workout? I’m good with anything all long as it doesn’t start with TH and end with RUSTER. 🙂
What is your favorite thing to do on rest days (hobbies)? Spend time with family and friends. Mental and emotional health is equally as important as physical health.
CrossFit advice for new members? Don’t give up! Realize everyone has different strengths and weaknesses. Also, don’t compare yourself to others in your class--you are doing this for YOU!
