CrossFit Condor Coach: Marci Walls

CrossFit Level 1 Trainer

Marci played sports throughout high school including track and cheerleading.  After college she found Crossfit and fell in love with the competitive environment, community/family feel , and constantly varied movements and workouts. “I immediately loved the gymnastics and body weight aspect of Crossfit but did not have an interest in weightlifting. After learning technique and form I found myself becoming stronger and loving weightlifting just as much!”

Marci thoroughly enjoys helping others achieve their goals and seeing them succeed in becoming fitter and overcoming challenges.

CrossFit Condor Coach: Colette Medlin
Crossfire Level 1 Trainer

Hi!  My name is Colette and I have been a member of CrossFit Condor since September 2015.  In 2014 I slowly made the transition from a Gold’s Gym member to becoming a CrossFit member.  At first, I hated everything about CrossFit.  I was uncomfortable, embarrassed and frustrated.  However, I stuck it out and two months in with the help of great coaches and making awesome friends, I began to love CrossFit and never looked back!

I spent most of my high school days playing volleyball, basketball and running track.  I played 4 years of collegiate level rugby at the University of Iowa and 2 more years of rugby at Kansas State University.  I was so used to being an “athlete” that once I started at Gold’s Gym I knew I needed more than running on a treadmill, doing cycling classes and “lifting weights”.

I received my level 1 CrossFit certification at the end of July 2016.  I love helping people, motivating people and watching them reach their goals along with setting new goals.  Every day that you get up off your couch and DO something with your body is a GREAT day!

CrossFit Condor Coach: Brad Moose

CrossFit Level 1 Trainer

Bradley has always been an all around athlete playing sports including football, baseball, track, and tennis. He moved on to continue coaching football for multiple seasons. With his sports background the shift to Crossfit was a natural move for Bradley. He took quickly to the sport and enjoyed the challenge of learning and mastering new movements. Bradley enjoys helping others learn and perform to the best of their ability. Which drove his decision to become  a Crossfit Level 1 certified trainer.
