What class times do you attend? 6:30, unless the hubby is out of town, then I go once the babies wake up from their naps.
How did you find CrossFit Condor? When we moved to PA this past August, we did a search of all the local boxes. We visited once and loved the atmosphere here.
First memorable CrossFit experience? My first fundamentals class. I decided one day, lets do CrossFit. I didn’t think I was going to make it through my first 10 minute workout. I was sore for a week. Then I thought to myself, I think I liked it.
What is your biggest challenge that you overcame? Honestly in the last 7 months I have been at CrossFit Condor I have improved in all areas! I finally got pushups, kipping pullups, kipping handstand pushups. I have PR’d all my lifts, I competed in my first Open workout, and competition. All of these things were “hopes” to get one day. Now I am excited to say my challenges are now goals I am setting for myself.
What do you love most about CrossFit? I love that it is designed for everyone. I have been doing it for 4.5 years and 2 pregnancies and I love how it makes me feel!
What do you love most about CrossFit Condor? I love all the coaches and members at CrossFit Condor. Everyone is so supportive and encouraging. Their attention to detail has helped me in so many ways. I owe my improvement to all of them!
Favorite movement or workout? I love lifting in general but I’m trying to learn to love burpees…
What is your favorite thing to do on rest days (hobbies)? My favorite thing to do other than CrossFit is getting the babies out of the house. Whether its to the park to play or out in the yard discovering new things.
CrossFit advice for new members? Best advice I could think of is the workouts are hard, they will always be hard, but it is worth every drop of sweat!
